Review of the Deana Carter CD Did I Shave My Legs for This
Richly talented Contemporary Country artist Deana Carter has released her latest album titled Did I Shave My Legs For This and Wow! It’s really a good one.
The CD kicks off with an outstanding track, I’ve Loved Enough To Know, that I suspect will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.
Contemporary Country music fans will recognize some of the well known contributors on the project including Steve Nathan and Dann Huff plus a few other notables as well.
Overall Did I Shave My Legs For This is an outstanding release. Quite possibly Deana Carter's best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you're even mildly into Contemporary Country music you'll enjoy this album.
While the entire album is outstanding some of my favorites are track 2 - We Danced Anyway, track 6 - Before We Ever Heard Goodbye, and track 11 - To The Other Side
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - I’ve Loved Enough To Know. Outstanding!
